STORE POLICIES 

For wholesale orders:

Any claims on damaged merchandise, incorrect merchandise, or a discrepancy in quantities shipped must be reported within five business days from the receipt of goods in the USA and seven business days of an order international. We will not accept returns for any merchandise either worn or damaged in-store. Approved returns will be repaired or replaced as appropriate. Where necessary we will issue a credit memo for an equivalent dollar amount of the returned merchandise.

A return authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the box, otherwise, the returned merchandise shipment will be refused.

We will pay for the return shipping costs if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect at us.

For retail orders: 

We accept the exchange or return of clothing items within 30 days from the date of purchase on the condition that the "return item must be in original condition". 

 

Digital product orders are non-refundable; however, we will assist you with any questions you have to help you complete your product.
